Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered for duplicate, incorrect, or accidental payments within 7 days of the transaction.
Payments made as a support contribution are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
Refund requests must include the transaction ID, payment date, and the reason for the refund request.
All refund decisions are reviewed case by case and will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For disputes or payment issues, contact support with your name, email, amount paid, and transaction reference.
